VINIFICATION The grapes are carefully hand-picked and then placed in small crates. Fermentation and aging are carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, with 10% of the fermentation taking place in new barrels.
TASTING NOTES This wine has a very light color, offering notes of wild strawberries, redcurrant, white flowers, and vanilla. The finish is long and fruity with a slight bitterness.
FOOD PAIRINGS This wine will also be enjoyed as an aperitif, with a grilled vegetable skewer, or with fish.
