WINE MAKING
Maceration is carried out in stainless steel tanks and maceration is carried out with manual pumping over and punching down. Breeding in stainless steel vats, on a 6-hour shelf: Average.

CHARACTERISTICS
Beautiful deep garnet color, beautiful structure giving a long finish on the palate. Powerful and ample wine with aromas of morello cherry. Delicious and crisp on the palate.

SUGGESTIONS
This wine will go perfectly with all meats, sweet and savory dishes as well as tagines.

Serving temperature: 16°C-18°C
Aging: 3–5 years
